Account Activation

This form allows existing CWLS members who have not already accessed the private sections of the site to activate their account. In order to do so, please enter your first and last names, in addition to the email address that you entered on your CWLS application form. If you are unsure of which email address was used in your application form or if you don’t have one, please call our offices in order to activate your account.
